STOP-CHOC and BARRY CONTROLS are now pleased to provide the combined capability of both organisations through the enlarged Stop-choc facility in Slough. They design and manufacture vibration and shock isolation systems in high performance elastomers, all metal mounts using stainless steel resilient cushions and cable mounts. Stop-choc now offers a greatly enhanced and formidable standard product base and a strong engineering capability to design, develop and test special systems. Sheet metal trays, bases, racking systems and associated hardware for installing electronics and avionics equipment from a large part of the BARRY CONTROLS portfolio. In addition, the control panel division of STOP-CHOC design and manufacture cockpit illuminated control panels in aluminium and acrylic using filament lamp, LED and electroluminescent light source technology.

Stop-choc also supplies the EDAK range of transit cases for specialist packaging requirements and acts as the UK representative for EDAK.

Stop-choc operates two manufacturing units in Slough covering a combined area of more than 3000 m2 with an established and skilled workforce. The management policy is to offer well considered commercial and technical solutions to our customers needs.
